The Problem

“Can you send your media kit?” — and then what?

Press and podcast hosts get dozens of pitches a week. They decide whether to respond in under a minute, usually by skimming a media kit — if you send one at all. Free templates hand you a pretty layout and leave you to write everything from scratch. This one hands you the structure and the words.

What’s Inside

Five pages. Two bonus guides. Nothing left blank.

Every page comes with real example copy already written — you swap in your own details and it’s ready to send.

Author Bio Sheet

Professional third-person bio, tagline, and 2–3 real credibility stats.

Book One-Sheet

Cover, hook, 100-word synopsis, and who the book is for.

Praise & Media Coverage

A place for testimonials and any “as seen in” press or podcast logos.

Speaking & Interview Topics

5 ready-made talking points — the page hosts use to decide whether to book you.

Contact & Booking Info

Email, one active social handle, availability, and expected response time.

PDF Guide

“What to Include and Why” — Strategy Guide

The reasoning behind every section, plus a pre-send checklist.

Questions

Before you download

How do I open the file?

Upload the .pptx to Google Drive and double-click it, or choose “Open with → Google Slides.” It’s also compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.

Do I need Canva or any paid software?

No. Everything is built as an editable PowerPoint (.pptx) file. Google Slides opens it for free with no account upgrade, and it also works in PowerPoint and Keynote.

How do I add my own photos?

Click any placeholder image and replace it the same way you would in any slide — the included Quick Start Guide walks through this step-by-step, along with exporting the finished kit as a PDF.

What if the layout looks squashed in Google Slides?

That happens if a blank Google Slides file is created first and the template is imported into it. Instead, open the .pptx file directly (upload to Drive, then double-click). If it ever looks off, go to File → Page setup → Custom and set it to 8.5 × 11 in.

Can I reuse it for more than one book?

Yes — it’s yours to duplicate and update for future books, launches, or speaking seasons.

Your media kit could be ready in 15 minutes.

Add it to your cart above — instant digital download, opens free in Google Slides.
