Author Media Kit Template — azmclangroup.com
Our 7-Day Guarantee
We want the Author Media Kit Template to actually get used — not sit in a downloads folder. If it isn’t the right fit for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase date and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops — just tell us it’s not for you.
How to Request a Refund
Email sales@tokscalex.com with the subject line “Refund Request,” and include:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
We’ll process approved refunds within 3–5 business days, back to your original payment method.
What to Expect
- Refunds are issued in full — no restocking or processing fees.
- Since this is a digital product, there’s nothing to physically return. Once a refund is issued, please delete any downloaded copies of the template.
- Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date are handled at our discretion — email us and we’ll take a look.
A Couple of Limits, So This Stays Fair
- This guarantee covers one refund per customer per purchase. It’s meant for “this isn’t right for me,” not for downloading, using the finished template, and then requesting a refund after the fact.
- If your payment was disputed or charged back through your bank or card provider instead of contacting us directly, this guarantee no longer applies — please reach out to us first so we can make it right.
Questions Before You Buy
